Bubble’s Young Ambassadors Programme
A team of young adults aged 18 -30 who represent and support London Bubble by advising on our projects, promoting our mission and engaging with our community.
The Young Ambassadors programme nurtures future leaders and advocates for the Arts while giving early-career creatives valuable, transferable skills and hands-on experience. We recognise how inaccessible the arts industry can be and want to change that! We want to use the resources we have to support young people and to make sure they have their say in the future of the theatre.
There are 13 Young Ambassadors in our current cohort who will work with us long-term to shape our future projects, promote the companies goals, advocate for the Arts and young people, and ensure that our work continues to respond to the needs of our community.

What will our Young Ambassadors be doing?
- Community Engagement: Connecting with other young people, helping Bubble to reach new audiences and giving fresh insights to help shape our work.
- Skill Development: Hands-on experience and strategic planning that will help Young Ambassadors understand the complexities of running an Arts charity.
- Advocating for Young People: Ensuring that we fully understand the needs of our members and use their opinions to drive company decisions.
- Promoting: Highlighting Bubble's work and ethos, and acting on behalf of the company - at public events, in funders and policy meetings and online.
- Creativity: Connecting with like-minded peers and using the space as a platform to share their creative ideas.
The group will meet a minimum of four times a year, 6-8.30pm, and be joined by a member of our Board of Trustees.
