As part of our commitment to making the theatre industry more equitable, we have developed a three-pronged approach, engaging 18–30-year-olds as consultants, advocates and theatre makers.
Our high-quality professional development opportunities and individual mentoring supports young creatives who are underserved in our society, as they seek to build sustainable careers in the Arts sector.
