Bubble’s 1973 season toured to 12 London Boroughs from May – September.

Artistic Director Glen Walford directed a season of 2 main touring full length shows, accompanied by a further 6 productions available on the tour and 2 shows for children.

Bubble Theatre toured with it’s own ‘Bubble’ structure, or polyhedral, that could be erected on any flat grassland area.

At the time no other professional theatre toured with it’s own structure, designed specifically to take theatre productions to areas of London without access to a local theatre venue.
