Sixteen-year-old Tobi is navigating the challenges of temptation, going viral and responsibility in cost-of-living crisis London. With his mother consumed by work, Tobi must step up and care for his younger brother, while still trying to carve out a path of success for himself. Natural talent propels him into the TikTok spotlight, but with this newfound fame comes envy, negative attention and vengeful frenemies. Will Tobi be easily influenced and succumb to the pressure?
‘Influenced’ explores themes of resilience, poverty and the harsh realities of going viral.
Join us for a performance of this brand new play INFLUENCED, created by our latest cohort of young theatre makers.
