Bespoke Equality, Diversity and Inclusion themed workshops
Providing a creative platform for exploring potentially difficult themes – including social and cultural issues and protected characteristics – we work with your business to identify an area pertinent to your workforce and strategy.
Our artists lead consultation workshops with employees to learn about their experiences in the workplace and using the material gathered and case studies from real-life situations, we create a bespoke play.
This is then performed for a wider group of employees as part of an interactive workshop during which we facilitate discussion about the topics raised.
TEAM AWAY DAYS
Looking for something a bit different for your team away day?
London Bubble brings a unique creative approach to team building. Our skilled, experienced facilitators hold a safe and inclusive space that enables people to:
- Discuss themes and challenges pertinent to your team
- Enjoy participating in something different to their day-to-day responsibilities
We offer two styles of away day:
- A team day including games and engaging in small group activities including collaborative writing and light touch ‘performance’ exercises designed to challenge, develop confidence, encourage community and generate shared enjoyment
- A bespoke performance addressing themes which are pertinent to your team. Presented as part of a facilitated workshop that incorporates detailed discussion and exploration of a theme
Themes for the day can be set by you or chosen by us. Previous away days have focused on the themes of London, diversity and wellbeing.
EDI WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING
Commission us to deliver bespoke interactive sessions and performances, enabling your staff to explore social issues. Bubble are experts in using theatre to discuss furthering equality and diversity in many aspects of our lives, including the workplace.
VOLUNTEERING
Through employee volunteering your team, employees and support can make a massive difference to our local community where most needed. Practical work can take place at Bubble HQ or on site at one of the many spaces that we animate with theatre.
