London Bubble Theatre is calling out for eight, underrepresented young people aged 18-30 to join our Young Ambassadors Group!
Our Young Ambassador’s Group will be a team of young people who represent and support London Bubble by promoting our mission and engaging with our community while gaining professional skills. This is an incredible opportunity empowering young voices!

What is a Young Ambassador's Group?
A Young Ambassador’s Group will be a team of 8 young people who represent and support London Bubble by promoting our mission and engaging with our community.
The programme is aimed at nurturing future leaders and advocates for the Arts while giving our young ambassadors valuable, transferable skills and experiences for their career prospects.
What are our aims and objectives?
- Community Engagement: Provide a platform for young people to exercise agency & have a direct say in shaping Bubble’s future with young people.
- Skill Development: Offer practical opportunities to help young people understand the complexities of running an Arts charity.
- Creative Participation: Incorporate young people’s insights into creative outreach and programme development.
- Sustainability: Grow Bubble’s wider network of young supporters to keep our programmes relevant to the demands and needs in young people’s theatre.

The group will meet a minimum of four times a year, in the evenings from 6.30pm-8pm in our space. The dates are as follows:
- 1st Meeting: Wednesday 12th March
- 2nd Meeting: Wednesday 14th May
- 3rd Meeting: Wednesday 10th September
- 4th Meeting: Wednesday 10th December
- 5th Meeting: 11th February-11th March (TBC)

Am I eligible to apply?
You MUST:
- Be aged 18-30 and living in a London Borough
- Have an interest in Arts charity strategy
- Be eager to be a voice for young people interested in the Arts
You DO NOT need to have previously participated in London Bubble’s programmes to apply. If you’re creative, driven and passionate about the Arts, we want to hear from you!

- Do I need to have a background or experience in the Arts to be a member?
Not at all! You do not need to have any experience participating in the Arts. We are very happy to have you as a member of our Young Ambassadors Group if you simply share an interest in theatre and/or the Arts.
- Why is London Bubble doing this?
We recognise how inaccessible the arts industry can be and want to change that! We want to use the resources we have to support young people to have their say in the future of the theatre.
