Our children’s holiday project this year was a huge success!
the children's performance made a social statement
We were very impressed with the political statement the children made with their performances. The holiday drama projects have a proven positive effect on wellbeing. THe project:
- Encourages self-expression and creative thinking
- Celebrates experience and imagination
- Exercises social and emotional skills
- Fosters positive relationships
- Engenders feelings of belonging and togetherness
- Exercises social and emotional skills
- Enables otherwise hidden voices to be heard and stories to be recognised, amplified and shared
- and, very importantly, promotes imagination and fun!
“I’ve come to you Children because you have the best imaginations. Those adults, well they just make everything so boring!”
