Lucy Bradshaw

Executive Director, Co-CEO and Older Adults' Programme Lead

Lucy Bradshaw

Lucy first joined the Bubble family over a decade ago as a member of the intergenerational drama group. She later went on to lead the Creative Elders' programme and now she's keeping a close watch over ALL the Bubble projects. In her spare time she makes her own clothes and drinks plenty of decaff tea!

From large-scale public festivals to small in-school projects, Nat has a long history of producing projects and events with and for young people. She loves nothing better than seeing creative ideas brought to life and shared with others ... that and Haribo.

Emma Lamond

Emma is a theatre maker and arts educator who has worked in the participatory arts sector for eight years. Emma first came to Bubble for work experience when she was sixteen, and has worked with Bubble in various capacities since. When Emma is not busy doing Drama with children, she can be found getting stuck into all sorts of crafts… and mastering none!

Abena Obeng

Abena, has worked in the participatory arts sector for 5 years at venues like the Young Vic and Old Vic. Starting her Bubble journey as a Young Theatre Maker, she now facilitates across all of our programmes. Catch Abena in the office and she’ll either be talking about her last dancing excursion or some yummy food!

Luana Pontes

Luana is an emerging writer whose admiration for theatre and the Arts began at aged 17. Forever an advocate for youth participatory arts projects, she has dabbled in running her own creative writing workshops and open mic nights. Her work at London Bubble Theatre serves to excite, engage and support more young theatre makers on their artistic journeys.

Wendy has been working on the accounts for various charities in the past 5 years and London Bubble was her first step in the charity sector. In her previous life, she was a management accountant in the commercial world.

Lauren Spence

Lauren has worked in the theatre and participatory arts sector for five years. Starting her Bubble journey as a Young Theatre Maker, she now runs our hires part time and is clued up on the majority of Bubble's building maintenance needs. When she's not doing that, you'll find her facilitating workshops, talking about healthy eating and cooking!

Chartered Accountant and global citizen, Cedric has over 15 years experience as an early childhood development CEO/CFO. His expertise in the arts, education, leadership & finance have fuelled meaningful contribution to a plethora of socially impactful projects worldwide. Cedric sits on other boards; including SOAS, Learning With Parents, Edulution & the Watts Gallery. He Chairs Danes Hill School, Surrey.

Chris Sonnex

Artistic Director and Co-CEO at Cardboard Citizens, Chris is a prominent figure in the theatre industry and has dedicated his career to championing underrepresented artists and fostering inclusivity on stage. His work has been presented by renowned production companies like the Almeida Theatre, Arcola, Donmar Warehouse, Soho Theatre, The Bunker Theatre and the Royal Court, among others.

DR. Georgia Bowers

DR. Georgia Bowers

Georgia Bowers is a nationally recognised scholar practitioner in creative ageing, specialising in devising theatre with older adults. She is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Chichester and the University of Portsmouth and has previously worked for the Royal Opera House, Hampstead Theatre, and Almeida Theatre among others.

Former City lawyer and constant theatre enthusiast, Elizabeth has spent 10 years building a varied non-executive portfolio in the housing association, real estate and broader commercial sectors, alongside some legal consulting and mentoring of young solicitors.

Abimbola Apalara

Abimbola Apalara

Abimbola Apalara is a blogger, writer and speaker. Abi currently works with Peabody Trust – a large Housing Association in London, and she has over 20 years’ experience, having held various strategic roles within a number of G15 Housing Associations and multinational companies; providing exceptional leadership and strategic solutions.

Lara Grace Ilori

Lara's love and curiosity for the creative arts and anthropology has led her to work across the UK and America as an actor, poet and anthropologist. As Co-founder of creative laboratory ILXIAH, Lara also co-produces live performance events and private creative forums at Streatham Space Project.

Dr Rania Marandos is an independent consultant in the non-profit sector, National Director for the Foundation of Education Development and Trustee of United Learning Trust and London Bubble Theatre Company. She believes in the power of young people and collaboration to achieve lasting systemic change.

Tracey Cheltenham

As Head of UK, GM & Category Lead at Audible, Tracey’s broad digital and corporate experience, as well as her passion for storytelling, helps Bubble drive change through theatre; ultimately providing more enriching experiences to the challenged communities we serve.

Anna Shields

Anna Shields

Anna Shields is a composer, lyricist, vocal arranger and arts facilitator based in London. She is the co-director of Starling Arts and writes musicals as one half of Garsin & Shields. Her background in applied and community theatre drew her to London Bubble and the company's amazing impact and work.

Tinashe Sithole

Tinashe Sithole

Learning and Development Director at Golin, Tinashe’s expertise in digital communications, marketing and campaigning has driven numerous organisations toward their ultimate goal of creating a more equitable world. Tinashe is also Trustee at Streets Ahead Rwanda.

Miles Webber

Miles Webber

After retiring from his position as Director of Corporate Affairs at Landsec, Miles has a number of non-executive commercial roles, in addition to various charitable trusteeships, including chairing the learning disability and autism charity, Norwood. His enduring passion for the theatre underscores his belief in its transformative power and the potential it offers communities for empowerment and positive change.
