Lucy first joined the Bubble family over a decade ago as a member of the intergenerational drama group. She later went on to lead the Creative Elders' programme and now she's keeping a close watch over ALL the Bubble projects. In her spare time she makes her own clothes and drinks plenty of decaff tea!

Abena Obeng
Abena, has worked in the participatory arts sector for 5 years at venues like the Young Vic and Old Vic. Starting her Bubble journey as a Young Theatre Maker, she now facilitates across all of our programmes. Catch Abena in the office and she’ll either be talking about her last dancing excursion or some yummy food!

Lauren Spence
Lauren has worked in the theatre and participatory arts sector for five years. Starting her Bubble journey as a Young Theatre Maker, she now runs our hires part time and is clued up on the majority of Bubble's building maintenance needs. When she's not doing that, you'll find her facilitating workshops, talking about healthy eating and cooking!

Artistic Director and Co-CEO at Cardboard Citizens, Chris is a prominent figure in the theatre industry and has dedicated his career to championing underrepresented artists and fostering inclusivity on stage. His work has been presented by renowned production companies like the Almeida Theatre, Arcola, Donmar Warehouse, Soho Theatre, The Bunker Theatre and the Royal Court, among others.

Former City lawyer and constant theatre enthusiast, Elizabeth has spent 10 years building a varied non-executive portfolio in the housing association, real estate and broader commercial sectors, alongside some legal consulting and mentoring of young solicitors.

Abimbola Apalara
Abimbola Apalara is a blogger, writer and speaker. Abi currently works with Peabody Trust – a large Housing Association in London, and she has over 20 years’ experience, having held various strategic roles within a number of G15 Housing Associations and multinational companies; providing exceptional leadership and strategic solutions.
